Kelsy Moe Porter

I’m Kelsy Moe Porter, founder of EYJ Fitness. EYJ stands for Enjoy Your Life (it’s a long story 😊), which is what I believe movement allows us to do: truly enjoy our lives.

With 15 years’ experience teaching physical education (BA and MA degrees), 10 years of coaching, and a personal training certification from ACE, I have the tools and knowledge necessary to motivate, support, and guide my clients toward any goal they seek to achieve.

Whether you exercise at a gym or at home, I will work with you to create a specialized, unique-to-you program that fits your lifestyle and will help you to achieve your goals and EYJ.
